Responsibilities:

  • Supply administrative support to Account Executive by performing clerical tasks as filing, record, etc.
  • To handle daily data entry of account.
  • Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any documents related to the account to ensure that payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Maintenance of financial records, including bank reconciliation and general ledger.
  • Preparation for timely closing of monthly account.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Preparation for monthly inter-co billing related to accounts.
  • Calculate Salesman Commission.
  • Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Assists with audits, fact-checking and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assists with other ad-hoc duties related to finance and accounting, as applicable.
  • Co-ordinate and co-operative in QMS/SOP maintenance and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or its equivalent such as LCCI.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good accounting and organising skills
  • Knowledge in AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
